Socatra Group chooses shipznet for 4G/LTE near shore communication
The Socatra Group, a well-known French shipping company, specialized in oil and chemical transport, relies on shipznet for their communication on board on its vessels. The 4G/LTE solution offers a cost-effective way to quickly transmit large amounts of data in the near-shore areas. The powerful shipznet antenna has a range of 60km ship to shore. With 6 SIM slots, the router offers a lot of capacity to use own SIM cards. However, if these are not sufficient, shipznet also provides flexible low-cost data package.
