Crew Recruitment and Deployment – Planning for growth

As the industry is facing staff shortages all round and issues recruiting the right staff, this session asks how you can alter your recruitment processes to recruit the right talent for you and where you should be looking.

Together, we will take a look at recruitment strategies that work and what we are missing:

  • Recruitment strategies: terminology, talent pool, crew supply
  • Utilising AI to prepare the crew for the future. How can AI influence the proactiveness and compliance of Crew management. Is AI a knife or a tool?
  • Planning: crew changes & travel, optimisation
  • A Call to Future Generations – Recruiting & Retaining Crew
