FRS Shipmanagement is a ship management company based in Limassol. The company is part of FRS Group, passenger ferry operators and ship owners with 150 years expertise. We are currently looking for an accountant to join the finance/ payroll team in Limassol.

Job Description:

• Monthly crew payroll, preparation of crew payment lists and payslips.
• Daily bookkeeping and recording transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconciliation of debtors, creditors and bank accounts.
• Involvement in the companies’ audits.
• Quarterly preparation of the companies’ VAT returns.
• Any other accounting/bookkeeping/reporting tasks as required by Management.

Requirements:

• LCCI holder.
• At least 3 years’ experience.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Excel.
• Ability to work on result, in an organized manner, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience in shipping companies/ crew payrolls will be considered as an advantage.
