She began her career in academia before moving into biotechnology and then maritime healthcare. Today, she works at the intersection of medicine, data, and maritime operations, helping position crew health as a core driver of safety, performance, resilience, and better decision-making across ship and shore.
With a background in medical research, biotechnology, and business development, Laura works at the intersection of medicine, data, and maritime operations. Her focus is on helping the industry move beyond fragmented, reactive medical response towards a more integrated and preventive model of crew healthcare.
