MSC Cruises unveils new first-of-its-kind immersive culinary journey with Pan-Asian street food dining concept on MSC World Asia

Geneva, Switzerland, 2 July 2026 – MSC Cruises has revealed new details of a Pan-Asian dining concept set to launch on board MSC World Asia, offering guests a flexible and immersive culinary experience.
Three dining experiences in one venue
- Specialty restaurant – relaxed dining with curated Pan-Asian dishes
- Bar and lounge – Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails and beverages
- Complimentary on-the-go offering – quick, street food-style bites
This integrated concept gives guests greater flexibility and choice throughout the day whether they are seeking a full dining experience, a relaxed drink, or a quick bite between activities.
Inspired by Southeast Asian street food
The venue combines food, design, music and live cooking to create a multi-sensory environment, inviting guests on a vibrant culinary journey inspired by the flavours, sights, and sounds of Southeast Asia, drawing on the energy of bustling street markets across Indonesia, Singapore, South China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
From aromatic Singapore-style prawns, shiitake mushroom fried rice, and flavourful wok-fired specialities, the experience unfolds through immersive décor, bold artwork, a curated soundtrack and live kitchen energy – each element designed to engage the senses and transport guests to the heart of Southeast Asia’s vibrant food scenes.

Signature elements of the venue – three experiences
– The restaurant offers a relaxed and welcoming setting, from convenient indoor seating to a casual rooftop terrace, with a menu including one appetiser, one main course and one dessert – encouraging guests to mix, match and discover bold, comforting flavours through authentic dishes inspired by communal dining traditions. Guests may choose from a curated selection of iconic Asian beers served by the bottle, including Tsingtao, Chang and Bintang, alongside a menu of indulgent bubble teas, freshly prepared smoothies and vibrant fruit juices.
– Located within the venue, the bar features a selection of the most popular Southeast Asian-inspired signature cocktails*, with delicate and aromatic flavours – guests may enjoy scented jasmine mojitos, rose and strawberry daiquiris and matcha coladas alike, all crafted to complement the menu and enhance the experience.
– Designed for guests looking for convenience, the on-the-go window serves a selection of complimentary bites during the day, offering quick, flavour-packed options that capture the spontaneity of street food in an easy and accessible format, such as crispy seafood balls, fluffy bao buns, and more to be discovered.

- Kaito Teppanyaki – A stylish teppanyaki restaurant where guests can choose their spot at one of four cooking stations and watch delicious Japanese dishes come to life right before their eyes.
- Hola! Tacos & Cantina – A casual street food dining concept offering a selection of Latin American and Mexican-inspired dishes and drinks to be shared and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.
- NEW – Mediterranean restaurant – Details of this yet to be revealed elegant restaurant serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine will be announced soon.
