Vacancy position for Senior Engineer at Monarch Global
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VoIP)
- Daily monitor entire network infrastructure (LAN & WAN) and provide regular reporting.
- Enhance network optimisation
- Ensure network uptime, performance, and security
- Evaluate hardware and software solutions for network implementation
- Provides technical and operational support
- Maintain/enhance monitoring tools
Requirements
- University degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related subject
- 3+ years relevant work experience -additional experience in lieu of degree considered
- Active/current basic CCNA certification
- Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools
- Experience configuring/troubleshooting Cisco appliances
- Experience configuring/troubleshooting routing and switching, including routing protocols
- Ability to work well individually, as well as within a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
