Cyprus Shipping News is delighted to announce that the first CSN Cyprus ‘Current Shipping Affairs Debate’ “Are the challenges of 2024 for shipping up for debate?” is supported by MARITIME Economies.

The maritime and financial newspaper MARITIME ECONOMIES is a subscription newspaper and was first published in January 2012.

Since then until today it is published every week with articles, topics and interviews for:

Greek and International Seafaring , Greek and International Shipping, Registrars, Cruise, Yachting, Shipbuilding and Ship Equipment, Ports,  Ship Valuations, Stock Exchanges.

“MARITIME ECONOMIES” is published every 2 years “Special edition POSEIDONIA” which is distributed from its stand to all visitors of the exhibition.


Save the date in your calendar for this promising debate “Are the challenges of 2024 for shipping up for debate?” The shipping industry will be faced with several challenges, in the year ahead with acute interest on the rising cost of fuel, the shortage of labour, the increasing complexity of regulations as well as the threat of cyberattacks. The event will provide a platform for experts to debate these challenges with the participation of the audience hoping for discussion to be an engaging after noon.
