The Mediterranean’s most exciting superyacht destination
Designed by a world-renowned team of architects and engineers, Limassol Marina is an integrated development, comprised of ready to move in luxury residential and commercial real estate, and delivering a full-service marina offering. Located at the crossroads of three continents and in the heart of a vibrant city, it is the first superyacht marina in Cyprus with over 300 annual berth holders and an exclusive range of waterfront properties that have been sold to over 40 nationalities, reflecting its unique broad appeal.
Fifteen exceptional restaurants, cafes and bars, forty high-end boutiques and shops, a cultural centre, a Spa and Fitness club, further broaden the allure of this landmark cosmopolitan development to residents and visitors worldwide. The project also offers exciting real estate opportunities consisting of exclusive villas and luxury apartments on the sea, with private berths or direct access to the beach.
Limassol Marina has placed Cyprus on the nautical yachting map, opening a new growth market in the region as the first private port to welcome superyachts to the island, attracting investment into the area and enticing high-net worth individuals and visitors from high-end markets across the globe. Comprised of 650 berths for yachts up to 110m in size, the Marina offers every modern convenience and comfort to yacht owners and operators, whether as a home port or cruising destination. Berth holders benefit from competitive, year-round single berthing fees, calculated according to boat size and length of stay, regardless of the season.
Exceptional yachting services and facilities
The Marina’s dedicated team is always available and provides a full range of yachting and concierge services to accommodate every need. As a fully integrated superyacht facility, Limassol Marina offers the very latest in supporting equipment and technology at the berth. Highlights include high speed fibre optic internet, telephone and IPTV, Wi-Fi access, pump-out systems and computer-controlled shore power and water provision. To complement this, dedicated berth-side parking, crew facilities and luxury washrooms, contribute to an easy and convenient experience on-shore.
Marina staff are always on-hand to provide berthing assistance, buggy services and any other support required, and security staff provide 24-hour site supervision and access control to ensure safety, privacy and discretion are maintained. While the Marina’s own boatyard facility, including on-site chandlery store, is serviced by a 100 ton capacity travel lift and slipway, a 2,500 ton capacity floating dry-dock is located within 1NM of the Marina, providing superyachts with an unrivalled combination of destination and technical support services.
Crew staying at the marina benefit from fantastic discounts and preferential rates at the Marina’s gym, spa, bars, shops and restaurants and are invited to join in the active programme of activities and entertainment taking place throughout the year.
