On August 18, the local police received a report from the Mauritius police that he had arrested the captain of the ship and the chief officer for the charges of jeopardizing safe navigation. We will continue to support the crew and their families while awaiting future judicial decisions. We sincerely apologize for causing a great deal of inconvenience to everyone involved, including everyone in Mauritius, due to this grounding accident and oil spill. We will continue our efforts to collect the spilled oil and minimize the damage to the environment.

1. Status of the
Vessel About 14:00 local time on August 15th, a crack near the No. 8 cargo hold at the rear of the hull progressed and it was divided into two parts. The forward part of the hull has been towed eight miles offshore and has been instructed by the authorities to wait for further instructions. Work is currently underway by a team of experts towards the launch, with the front part of the hull being linked to two tugs.
Regarding the rear part of the hull, the relevant authorities and a team of experts continue to study the removal plan.
