About the Conference
The 7th CSN Cyprus Shipping ICT Conference, titled “Intelligent Skies, Secure Seas: The AI Impact on ICT”, will take place on 5th May 2026 at the Columbia Plaza in Limassol
The Rules of Engagement have Changed
Digital transformation is no longer a future goal, it is an operational reality. The maritime and ICT sectors are now navigating a complex, connected ecosystem where Satellite Communications, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) converge.
This year, we are breaking the mold of the traditional industry gathering. We are shifting from passive presentations to active engagement, inviting you to stress-test your strategy against the future of shipping.
Why This Year is Different: Interactive by Design Prepare for high-energy formats designed to challenge assumptions and simulate real-world pressures:
- The War Room: A live, audience-driven cyber-attack simulation on a vessel at sea.
- The AI Courtroom: A mock trial debating the ethics and liability of autonomous technology.
- MythBusters: A rapid-fire debate separating marketing hype from technical reality in SatComs.
The Three Pillars of 2026 We explore the friction and synergy between human expertise and machine intelligence:
- SatComs (The Skies): Navigating the bandwidth battles and the “always-on” vessel in the era of LEO and 5G.
- Cybersecurity (The Shield): Moving from compliance checklists to real-time resilience and “human firewall” strategies.
- Artificial Intelligence (The Brain): Examining how algorithms are redefining route optimization, threat detection, and the role of the expert.
Who Should Attend
This conference is curated for Maritime C-Suite, CIOs, CISOs, Fleet Managers, and Technical Superintendents. If you need to understand the ROI of connectivity, manage the liability of cyber risks, and future-proof your fleet against digital obsolescence, this is your arena.
Join us on May 5th to secure your assets, connect your fleet, and define the future.
The conference is held under the auspices of the Shipping Deputy Ministry of Cyprus and is supported by the Cyprus Shipping Chamber, Cyprus Marine Club, CYMEPA, WISTA Cyprus, YoungShip Cyprus, ICS Cyprus Branch, Cyprus Master of Mariners, The Nautical Institute Cyprus Branch and the Clean Shipping Alliance.
Attendance is free of charge for all members of the supporting organisations. However, attendees are encouraged to contribute to the charity foundation supported by the conference, with the option to donate indicated during registration.
