Having installed brand-new X-DF engines on the SK Audace LNG vessel, Lubmarine’s customer SK Shipping needed to improve the operating efficiency of its existing cylinder oil in a bid to deliver:
- Better Lube Oil Feed rates (LOFR)
- Cost Savings
- Engine Efficiencies
With WinGD’s state-of-the-art engines, yet to be accompanied by a validated fit-for-purpose cylinder lubricant, a three-party collaborative mission was launched to find the ideal solution
