Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is the key point of contact between an organization and its clients; answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

The main job purpose for the Sales Executive is to maximize all business opportunities on behalf of the company. By liaising with customers, current and potentials, and other departments within the company. The Sales Executive takes all worthwhile opportunities to expand the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Qualifications

  • Focus on business development and sales
  • Deploy resources in an efficient manner to achieve set targets
  • Deal origination
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationships/prospects
  • Listening to customer requirements and providing solutions
  • Maintain relations and develop business with existing customers
  • Making accurate cost calculations and providing quotations
  • Acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the company with our customers
  • Principal relations
  • Customer retention
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Liaising with suppliers for possible pricing
  • Combine efforts with other departments on Turnkey Solutions/Products
  • Train internal team on products and services
  • Monitor daily sales funnel
  • Create Special promotions
  • Increase in Gross Profit
  • Reseller retention and increase sales
  • Maintain good communication and cooperate well with other departments
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s products and services
  • Maintain a good knowledge of industry regulations and trends
  • Good knowledge of the company’s electronic systems and databases
  • Ensure the company’s electronics systems and databases are always updated


  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Computer literacy
