MSC Cruises is marking one month until the first guest sailing of MSC World Asia, the line’s highly anticipated new flagship.
MSC World Asia is MSC Cruises’ most distinctive expression of World Class yet. Celebrating the beauty of the world’s continents and oceans, MSC World Asia will feature design influences inspired by Asia’s cultures, landscapes and across seven districts.
From unique and authentic gastronomy, spectacular entertainment to thrilling family attractions and innovative accommodation concepts, the ship is filled with fresh ideas, distinctive spaces and new ways to enjoy every moment onboard. Bringing together the scale, choice and energy of World Class, she is a destination in her own right, with an identity unmistakably her own.
When she welcomes her first guests on 4 December 2026, MSC World Asia will introduce a new era of Mediterranean cruising, sailing seven-night itineraries to some of the region’s most popular destinations.

Among MSC World Asia’s many attractions, guests can look forward to:
The largest Venchi experience at sea offering guests more choice than ever: Spanning an impressive 300m², the new Venchi destination will be the largest in the MSC Cruises fleet and the first on a World Class ship. Bringing together a chocolate boutique, café and gelateria in one vibrant venue, guests can choose from 20 gelato flavours, 20 praline varieties and 11 chocolate bars, alongside MSC Cruises’ exclusive Crunchy Waves gelato inspired by the seaside, making it the perfect spot to enjoy everything from a morning coffee to an indulgent sweet treat throughout the day.
The first Eataly at sea in Europe: Following its successful debut on MSC World America, the iconic Italian dining concept will make its European cruise debut on board MSC World Asia. Guests can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, live cooking experiences, a dedicated Chef’s Table, ocean-view terrace dining and curated wine experiences celebrating Italy’s rich culinary heritage.
The longest dry slide at sea: The Spiral @ Tree of Life: At 81.3 metres long and spanning 12 decks, The Spiral will combine thrilling fun with striking design. Inspired by Singapore’s famous Gardens by the Bay, the architectural centrepiece offers guests one of the most memorable ways to explore the ship.
The widest choice of MSC Yacht Club suite categories offered by MSC Cruises: MSC World Asia will feature 144 luxurious MSC Yacht Club suites across seven categories, offering the widest choice in the fleet. New additions include the Royal Duplex Suite, designed for families and groups seeking extra space, privacy and exclusive MSC Yacht Club privileges.
40+ bars, lounges and dining venues to enjoy: MSC Cruises is giving guests more experiences than ever on board MSC World Asia, with an exceptional collection of 40 bars, restaurants, lounges and cafés to suit every mood, from day to night. Whether guests want to get creative with the whole family and make their own flavorful sodas at the vibrant Clubhouse and Soda Bar, enjoy a sophisticated Italian aperitivo overlooking the ocean at The Terraces Bar & Lounge, or savor a tropical cocktail poolside at Coral Cove Bar, guests will have five new bar and lounge concepts to enjoy. Among the highlights is the beloved Masters of the Sea Pub and its full-scale microbrewery, where guests can discover a new generation of MSC signature beers. Developed in partnership with Baladin, three distinctive brews crafted using desalinated seawater, Oceanic Pils, Oceanic India Pale Ale and Oceanic Asian Blanche, will be freshly brewed on board MSC World Asia.

A new Pan-Asian Street Food concept with three distinct culinary experiences: This vibrant new venue will bring together the flavours of Southeast Asia, offering both sit-down dining and complimentary grab-and-go options. Guests can explore dishes inspired by more than five Asian culinary destinations, watch chefs at work in an open kitchen and enjoy signature cocktails inspired by Asian flavours.
A reimagined The Harbour designed for family adventures day and night: The outdoor destination has been redesigned with elegant Asian-inspired touches and features attractions including the Play Deck, Cliffhanger, a two-level Adventure Trail high ropes course, an expanded aquapark and The Harbour Bar & Bites serving complimentary grab-and-go snacks. The Harbour will also include Europe’s first over-water swing at sea, Cliffhanger, which will suspend guests 50 metres above the ocean, delivering an adrenaline-filled experience and spectacular sea views.
Six spectacular entertainment productions created for MSC World Asia: Guests can enjoy an enhanced entertainment programme featuring three new productions in the World Theatre alongside a brand-new live music spectacular in the Panorama Lounge.
Newly designed pool experiences inspired by Asia’s coastlines and oceans: The Manila Bay Pool has been designed as the ship’s main hub for daytime entertainment and relaxation, while the weather-proof Coral Cove Pool features a retractable roof, a dramatic water droplet art installation by Elisabetta Milan, inspired by the beauty of Philippine coral reefs.
MSC World Asia will spend her inaugural winter and summer seasons in the Mediterranean before heading to the Caribbean for winter 2027/2028, where guests can enjoy a choice of 7- and 14-night Southern Caribbean itineraries
