World’s largest cruise company featured on Forbes’ annual list of top U.S. employers for workplace excellence

Carnival Corporation & plc, the world’s largest cruise company, today announced it was named to the 11th annual list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2026 by Forbes, recognizing the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace environment where employees can thrive. Of the 700 U.S. companies honored on the list across 25 major industries, Carnival Corporation was the top-ranked cruise-specific company overall.

Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, America’s Best Large Employers were determined through an independent survey of over 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies with over 5,000 team members. To help distinguish between organizations that have consistent employment excellence and those that may only have had a single strong year, the survey was conducted periodically over the past three years, with more than 3.5 million employer evaluations considered. Respondents were asked to give personal and public evaluations of their current and previous employers, as well as other employers in their respective industries, based on several key criteria – including atmosphere and development, salary and wage, company image, culture, working conditions and workplace environment.

This latest honor from Forbes is the most recent in a series of recognitions Carnival Corporation has earned for its companywide commitment to workplace excellence and business performance. Among the numerous awards, Carnival Corporation was recognized as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies for 2026 by Fortune and captured a spot on the Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250, recognizing the company as one of the Best-Managed Companies of 2025.
