Carnival Corporation receives multiple recognitions for Business and Employment Excellence

World’s largest cruise company honored on three annual listings from Forbes as a top, trusted company in the U.S.
Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), the world’s largest cruise company, earned a spot on three Forbes awards lists for 2026 — America’s Best Companies, America’s Best-in-State Companies in Florida and the Most Trusted Companies in America — recognizing the company’s dedication to exemplary business and employment practices. Among the annual lists, highlights for the company included:
- Most Trusted Companies in America: Of 300 U.S. companies honored on the annual list, Carnival Corporation ranked among the top 100 overall and was one of just two cruise-specific companies recognized.
- America’s Best Companies: Carnival Corporation placed in the top five companies within the travel and leisure category and in the top 15% of all companies on the list.
- America’s Best-in-State Companies: Carnival Corporation ranked sixth on the list of 25 companies recognized as a Best-in-State employer in Florida.
To compile the lists of America’s Best Companies and America’s Best-in-State Companies, Forbes collaborated with a half-dozen data partners to analyze more than 100 metrics across 11 statistical categories. Carnival Corporation’s placement on the two lists was determined by its performance across various measures of company quality, including employee ratings, customer sentiment, financial performance, cybersecurity and sustainability, among other criteria. To find the Most Trusted Companies in America, Forbes, alongside its data partners, analyzed companies in more than 50 metrics across six categories — including employee and customer sentiment, financial performance, business trajectory, media sentiment and workforce stability — to highlight companies employing over 10,000 people that create trust among their employees, customers, investors and the media.
“Closing out the year with these three honors is such a proud moment for all of us,” said Bettina Deynes, global chief human resources officer for Carnival Corporation. “More than anything, these awards belong to our outstanding team members. Their passion for delivering unforgettable happiness to our guests and the way they show up for each other every day is what truly makes us a world-class company and deserving of these recognitions.”
This latest collection of honors is the most recent in a long line of recognitions Carnival Corporation has earned for its companywide commitment to business performance and workplace excellence. Among its numerous awards, the company was recognized as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies for 2025 by Fortune and captured a spot on the Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250, recognizing the company as one of the Best-Managed Companies of 2025.
