World’s largest cruise company honored on Forbes’ annual listing of America’s Best-In-State Employers with strong local reputations as great places to work

Carnival Corporation & plc, the world’s largest cruise company, earned a spot on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Employers for Florida for 2025, recognizing the highest-rated employer brands for professional growth and advancement. Carnival Corporation was one of only six travel and leisure companies recognized among the roughly 100 Florida companies honored on the annual list across all 50 states.

Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, America’s Best-In-State Employers were determined through an independent survey of over 160,000 employees working for companies employing at least 500 people in the U.S. Over 2 million employer evaluations were considered through the survey, which was conducted periodically over the past three years. Respondents were asked to rate current employers in several areas important to all employees, including atmosphere and development, salary and wage, company image, inclusion, working conditions and workplace environment. Participants were also asked to evaluate their previous employers within the last two years and organizations they knew within their industry or through friends or family who work there.

This latest honor as a top employer is the most recent in a series of recognitions Carnival Corporation has earned for its companywide commitment to employment excellence. Among its numerous awards, the company was recognized as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies for 2025 by Fortune and captured a spot on the Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250, recognizing the company as one of the Best-Managed Companies of 2024.
