The Bahamian hospitality expert will oversee operations of the first in the Royal Beach Club Collection

Royal Caribbean International has appointed Alistair Delancey as director of operations of the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, coming to The Bahamas in December 2025. Delancey joins the growing management team of the vacation brand’s first beach club experience and brings decades of expertise in driving high-impact operational performance.

Delancey will oversee the overall operations of Royal Beach Club Paradise Island and the world-class experiences the beach club will deliver to millions of vacationers. As part of his role, he will promote operational excellence and safety, as well as lead a workforce of more than 500 staff members.

The Bahamian hospitality expert brings decades of expertise in developing and implementing business strategies focused on enhanced operation, efficiency and performance. He previously served as General Manager for The Baha Bay Beach Club and waterpark at SLS Baha Mar.
