Enhances product portfolio and premium offering

OneWater Marine Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of American Yacht Group, which further expands the Company’s presence in the Southeastern U.S. and enhances new and pre-owned boat sales, finance and insurance, and parts and services offerings.

American Yacht Group is the premier destination for HCB Yachts in South Florida, providing an exclusive, high-end experience for yacht buyers. The acquisition adds two prime retail locations in Fort Lauderdale and Jupiter, Florida. Under the terms of the agreement, OneWater has acquired both American Yacht Group’s dealership operations, and also becomes the exclusive dealer of HCB Yachts in the key boating states of Alabama, Florida, New York, and North Carolina, further strengthening our position in the luxury marine market. The transaction represents an exclusive and strategic fit, with financially prudent terms, that aligns with the Company’s long-term plans. American Yacht Group generated approximately $75 million in sales in 2024.
