POSITION DETAILS

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be accountable for developing, shaping, and implementing sales, as well as managing key accounts and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
• Manage key accounts and nurture strong client relationships.
• Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients.
• Analyse and identify market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial success.
• Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company’s products and services.
• Prepare and present regular reporting to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and/or commercial management, preferably in Shipping.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Abreast of industry trends, as well as Laws and Regulations.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English.
