One Tech Services, is seeking to recruit a dynamic Operations Accounts Executive for their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquires via email.
• Process enquiries from the request stage up to the invoicing stage. Ensuring a smooth flow of Operation.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner as per the internal procedures.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of operations.
• Coordinate between the team and other departments for the completion of each request.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Shipping or in a related field.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
