The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited  announces the successful deployment of StormGeo’s advanced technology solutions across its entire fleet.

StormGeo, a leading technology provider and pioneer in weather intelligence, has announced a strategic partnership with India’s largest private sector shipping company, The Great Eastern Shipping Company.

This collaboration aims to enhance the operational efficiency and environmental performance for G E Shipping’s fleet by using StormGeo’s complete s-Insight solution, which provides clients with tools to optimize the commercial, technical and environmental performance of their entire fleet.

The completion of vessel data is set for October 2023. As of January 2024, all 43 of G E Shipping’s fleets will leverage StormGeo’s suite of solutions, including the s-Log data reporting tool and s-Insight Environmental Performance platform. These tools provide comprehensive insights into EU MRV, IMO DCS & CII compliance, technical performance, commercial efficiency, and fuel performance monitoring.

In a considerable move, the company has now fully transitioned to StormGeo’s solution for all reporting and emission data validation. This decision reflects The Great Eastern Shipping Company’s commitment to data quality and addressing emission compliance challenges.
