The Port of Beirut strengthens its relationship with Valenciaport

A delegation from the Port of Beirut, headed by Omar Itani, general manager of this Lebanese port enclave, visited the Port of València this morning, as part of the tour that the managers of the Beirut port are carrying out, as part of the work prior to the relaunch of its activities.
The Lebanese delegation was accompanied by Abdelghani Gharib, CEO of Gharib Shipping & Trading; Nancy Khawam Ulloa, General Manager of Medkon Iberia; and Vicente del Río, port logistics consultant.
They all held a meeting with the general manager of the Port Authority of València, Enrique Belda; Teresa García Ibarra, head of Ro-ro; and Manuel Rodríguez, head of International Relations and European Policies. The managers of both ports have put on the table the relevance that the environmental regulations and good practices are acquiring for the modern management of the ports.
