On Tuesday 21 May 2024, the Cyprus Shipping Chamber will hold its 35^th Annual General Meeting at the “Four Seasons” hotel in Limassol.

This year’s General Meeting will take place in the context of the Chamber’s 35-year anniversary since its establishment. It is one of the most important events of the Cyprus Shipping Industry as it attracts the interest of key personalities coming from Cypriot politics, shipping, and business at large.

It will be attended by the President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Nikos Christodoulides and the President of the House of Representatives Mrs. Annita Demetriou who will both address the event.

The Chamber’s President Mr. Themis Papadopoulos will also address the event presenting its multifaceted work, with extensive references to past year’s developments, as well as references to the challenges and prospects for the further development of Cyprus Shipping, which makes up one of the most important branches of the Cyprus Economy bearing international activity and credibility.

Additionally, political party leaders and representatives, Ministers, State and Government officials, Members of the Parliament, Diplomats, Professional Association representatives and the Chamber’s Company-Members, will also attend the General Meeting.
