To have a dedicated, diligent, and trusted Sales and Operations Team – who are always prepared, ready and excited to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, on any set project, task, or assignment.

What strategies do you employ to ensure effective communication and collaboration within your team and across different locations?

To ensure effective communication and collaboration within my team and across different locations, we employ the use of digital tools for real-time interaction, conduct regular team meetings to foster unity and teamwork, establish clear communication protocols to avoid misunderstandings, and form cross-functional teams to encourage diverse perspectives. We invest in training programs to enhance communication skills, promote cultural sensitivity for teams working globally, provide regular updates and feedback to maintain alignment. WSR also document processes to clarify roles and responsibilities, involves team members in decision-making for a sense of ownership, and facilitate social interactions, even virtually, to strengthen team bonds and morale.

What non-Shipping special moments do you treasure from your career? 

Beyond shipping, my career is colored by the rich relationships I have formed – the friendship with colleagues, shared laughter in unexpected places, and the diversity of personalities. Celebrating successes and navigating challenges together has added vibrant flavors to my journey. These unique moments are the true gems shaping not just my career, but also my personal growth. 

What is the biggest lesson you have learned in life?

Adaptability is paramount. Embracing change, learning from setbacks, not giving up, and staying open have been key. This mindset not only makes me versatile but has also shaped my character and approach to every aspect of life.

What are your hobbies? 

I’m into cardio sports like running and cycling for both fitness and stress relief. 

What do you do in your free time? 

In my free time, I prioritize family moments, especially with my young daughter.
