Kemppi Oy and Kemppi Group Oy start change negotiations
Kemppi Oy and Kemppi Group Oy have started change negotiations, the aim of which is to ensure maintaining group’s competitiveness and cost efficiency.
“The planned measures are based on ensuring the competitiveness and cost efficiency of the welding business in the long term and strengthening the conditions for implementing our growth strategy,” says Kemppi Oy’s Interim CEO Katri Sahlman.
The negotiations concern 445 employees in Finland. Companies currently employ a total of 790 employees worldwide. The estimated need for personnel reductions is max 40 personnel.
