Ocean Yield announced changes to the board of directors
Ocean Yield AS is pleased to announce that Ms. Rebecca Lund Nakkim will join the Board of Directors with effect from . Ms. Nakkim has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo and is currently employed as a lawyer with the law firm BAHR, with focus on shipping and finance.
At the same time, Mr. Andreas Røde and Mr. Eirik Eide will resign from the Board of Directors. Mr. Røde and Mr. Eide will continue in their capacity as CEO and CFO of the Company. Following this, the Board of Directors will consist of Vincent Policard (Chairperson), Bernardo Nogueira (Vice Chairperson) and Rebecca Lund Nakkim (Board member).
