Blue Jeans has reached the final round of five nominations for this year’s World Superyacht Awards in the ‘Semi-displacement or planing motoryacht 30 to 34.99m’ category.
The eventual winner will be announced in mid-May at a scintillating ceremony in Istanbul. Blue Jeans will be in good company with yachts from the likes of Riva and Sanlorenzo also making the final cut for an award that recognises the best in ingenuity and craftsmanship. This will be the 18th edition of the World Superyacht Awards and the fact that Van der Valk’s most complex build to date will feature is a testimony to the owners, the yard, designer Guido de Groot and naval architect Diana Yacht Design.
