Great Place To Work®, Best Venue for the Event Centre and two Luxury Lifestyle Awards for this magnificent Cypriot project – “One To Watch” for L’Atelier Robuchon at Toque d’Or Awards

Christmas came early for Ayia Napa Marina, with the iconic project receiving four important awards at three events in just a month! The ultimate destination for sea inspiring living and entertainment was certified as a Great Place To Work® for the year spanning from November ’22 to November ’23, was declared Best Venue at the Cyprus Wedding Awards 2022 for the EventCentre, and took the awards for Best Luxury Real Estate Developer in Cyprus & Best Luxury Mixed Used Development forBeach & Island Villas in Cyprus at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022. The series of awards culminated in the highly honourable distinction of “One To Watch” at the Toque d’Or Cyprus Awards 2022 for L’ Atelier Robuchon.

Ayia Napa Marina is the first marina on the island to be certified as a Great Place To Work®, an extremely important distinction for our own tourism product, especially in the Famagusta area, thanks to the human-centric approach of the Organisation and the creation of a fair, safe and healthy work environment that promotes and recognises honourable practices, team spirit, cooperation, interest, understanding, merit, equality and universal values.

Great Place To Work’s® survey proved that the employees of the Organisation praise the safety in the work place, the fact that they are treated equally regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation, the feeling of being included and accepted as members of a big family, the possibility within the means provided to achieve their goals and that they feel proud to work for a company with highly competent management and honest and ethical practices.

The… early Christmas gifts of Ayia Napa Marina continued with the Silver Award at Cyprus Wedding Awards 2022 and in the Best Venue category for the top aesthetics and architecture Event Centre, one of the “crown jewels” of the Marina that is recognized as one of the most tasteful and highly functional venues on the island.

The series of awards in November was completed with the “One To Watch” award for the L’ Atelier Robuchon restaurant of Ayia Napa Marina Hospitality Limited, at the Toque d’Or awards ceremony that took place on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, in Limassol. A distinction that is an important recognition for the restaurant and its team for the first six months of operations in Ayia Napa Marina.
