“Integrated Monitoring, Recording & Alarm System developed by SELMA to meet the latest MESQAC for international ocean/seagoing tanker vessels in ExxonMobil affiliate service”

Further to the latest MESQAC  – Marine Environmental Safety & Quality Assurance Criteria for international ocean/seagoing tankers vessels in ExxonMobil affiliate service –  SELMA located in Greece has developed an Integrated Monitoring, Recording & Alarm which is the only available combined system in the market that complies with following ExxonMobil requirements and already installed on more than 300 tankers worldwide:

1.1 CCR Wind Recoder  Data Log / Alarm System (ExxonMobil E17/E1A)

SELMA Integrated System is Interconnected in CCR with any type of existing bridge wind instruments signal (NMEA/Synchro) and implement recording/data log in CCR and Remote Visual/Audible Alarm on Deck. Further to ExxonMobil MESQAC E17/E1A the vessels MUST be fitted in CCR with an anemometer Display or Monitoring Repeater in the CCR with the capability to record (paper or digital) wind speed/direction and setting of minimum 2 desired wind speed limits Alarm (audible/visual)  on Deck/CCR when the limits are exceeded.

1.2 CCR Manifold Pressure Recoder  Data Log / Alarm System (ExxonMobil H28)

SELMA Integrated System comprises new pressure sensors located on manifold local gauges or interconnected with any type of existing pressure transmitters implementing recording/data log/alarm in CCR. Further to ExxonMobil MESQAC H28 it is strongly preferred that the vessels should be fitted with a device in CCR capable of monitoring/recording the load and discharge of manifold pressure outboard of each port and starboard manifold valve.

1.3 Bridge Cargo Oil Tanks Pressure Monitoring Repeater & Alarm System (ExxonMobil H30/H31/H11A)

SELMA Integrated System comprises new pressure transmitters fitted on cargo oil tanks implementing monitoring/alarm supervision of vapour pressure in CCR & Wheelhouse or interconnected with existing CMS Cargo Monitoring System and decoding the existing values and perform repeater/recording in Wheelhouse. Further to ExxonMobil H30/H31/H11a the vessels MUST be fitted in Bridge with a cargo tank pressure monitoring display alarm unit in addition to the system installed on CCR with 4 adjustable setpoint of alarms per cargo oil tank.

1.4 CCR Independent Bunker Tanks Level Gauging & High Level Alarm (ExxoMobil H17/H22/H7A)

SELMA System comprises Independent High Level Switch Sensors & Level Pressure Transmitters for Bunker Tanks with Remote Tank Gauging/Volume Calculation  & Alarm System in CCR.

SELMA Integrated Recorder/Monitoring/Alarm Systems are offered as Stand Alone or at any Combination as an Integrated System in CCR.
