Dualog expands in Germany with the appointment of Marco Meyer in Leer

Leading maritime software provider Dualog strengthens its presence in the German and North European markets by appointing Marco Meyer as Regional Sales Manager. Marco will be based in the heart of the German maritime business community having the city of Leer as his homebase and working closely with his colleagues in the Dualog Hamburg Office.

Speaking on the terrace of his hotel in Athens during a very positive Posidonia week, Dualog CEO Morten Lind-Olsen emphasises that Dualog wants to expand its footprint in key shipping regions. “Germany and the neighbouring countries are clearly on that list, where we need people who can serve the market with a personal touch and local understanding. On top of all the investments we have made in developing our software capabilities, its equally important to invest in good people,” adds the Dualog CEO.

Morten Lind-Olsen underlines: “Dualog aim to bring ship and shore closer by providing software solutions that enables the integrated ship. Before and during the pandemic we have invested large amounts in developing software to help ship owners and managers to fulfil their digital strategies.”

Marco Meyer has already taken on the new challenge in Dualog to grow Dualog’s customer base. “Dualog has a reputation of delivering high quality solutions and good customer service. With my more than 15 years of experience in serving the shipping Industry in this Region, I am super excited about being a part of the Dualog Global Team,” says Marco Meyer.
