Inmarsat is pleased to announce a new seasonal promotion for seafarers over the Easter period to enable crew to stay in touch with friends and family when far from home.

The promotion offers an additional 33% extra talk-time on our FleetBroadband and Fleet Xpress ChatCards from 1 – 5 April*. In addition, all 1GB and 5-hour new Fleet Hotspot allowances purchased by seafarers from the Fleet Hotspot portal onboard during the same period will be available for US$10 instead of the usual US$15.

Powered by our industry-leading Fleet Xpress service, Fleet Hotspot is completely independent from a vessel’s bandwidth to enable crew to have the freedom to access a dedicated Wi-Fi portal and manage internet access on their own devices. There’s no need for them to find a PC or wait in line to talk to their loved ones.

Crew can place an order by email or ChatCards can be ordered online via the ChatCard Online portal at any time.

*Festive promotion period on ChatCard and Fleet Hotspot will run from 1 April 2021, 00:00 UTC until 5 April 2021, 23:59 UTC. ChatCard calls will automatically be charged at the reduced rates and discounted Fleet Hotspot allowances will be on sale from the portal onboard during this period.
