Uniteam Marine is an international shipping company actively involved in all aspects of ship management with offices in Cyprus, Germany, Ukraine, Singapore and Myanmar.

With immediate effect, we are looking for a Technical Assistant to be based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares final technical, financial reports, KPI, off-hire rates, etc.
• Generates reports for clients on request.
• Prepares EEOI Charts for vessels.
• Monitors regular submission and feedback of ICCP and MGPS reports.
• Monitors Bridge Equipment Condition Assessment and PMS overdue items.
• Undertakes special projects such as the Inventory of Hazardous Materials
• Is in charge of data inputs for the fleet management systems

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of technical management.
• Knowledge and experience of technical procurement.
• Knowledge of the applicable codes, guidelines and standards.
• Knowledge of PMS System.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, communication. (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and SharePoint.
