Job Purpose

We are seeking to expand our Sales Team, applications are accepted from both Greece and Cyprus, the candidate can join us in either of our offices.

The Sales Executive is the key point of contact between an organization and its clients; answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products. The main job purpose for the Sales Executive is to maximize all business opportunities on behalf of the company.  By liaising with customers, current and potentials, and other departments within the company.  The Sales Executive takes all worthwhile opportunities to expand the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Focus on business development and sales
  • Deploy resources in an efficient manner to achieve set targets
  • Deal origination
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationships/prospects
  • Listen to customer requirements and providing solutions
  • Maintain relations and develop business with existing customers
  • Make accurate cost calculations and providing quotations
  • Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the company with our customers
  • Principal relations
  • Customer retention
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Liaise with suppliers for possible pricing
  • Combine efforts with other departments on Turnkey Solutions/Products
  • Train internal team on products and services
  • Monitor daily sales funnel
  • Create Special promotions
  • Increase in Gross Profit
  • Reseller retention and increase sales
  • Maintain good communication and cooperate well with other departments
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Maintain a good knowledge of industry regulations and trends
  • Good knowledge of the company’s electronic systems and databases
  • Ensure the company’s electronics systems and databases are always updated

Qualifications 

  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Computer literacy
  • A logical thinker and the ability to work alone
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service orientation

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in the Maritime satellite communications sector will be considered as an advantage
  • A Degree in Sales, Business or related area or adequate previous experience in a similar position
