We are looking for a Software Support Officer to become a member of our support team and provide support of high quality to the company’s clients.
The successful candidate should have an excellent English language command, good communication skills, critical thinking skills, good organizational skills, detail-oriented and problem solving mindset.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Solve client support issues in a dynamic environment.
Working as part of the support team
Continuous learning and personal development
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of general computing and IT
Nice to have:
Previous experience in support
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Passion and drive for problem solving and supporting the client
Eager to learn and continuously improve
Able to learn independently
Excellent English command
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team
