V.Ship Cyprus gave answers to the question marks raised regarding information published on the internet that presented them as the manager of the new Sertao drilling rig purchased by Turkey.

V.Ship Cyprus, in communication with Sigmalive, made it clear that they did have the responsibility of managing the drilling rig for some time and then transferred to V.Ship based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

However, the most important thing, as the company’s senior management said, is that now with the acquisition of the ship by Turkish Petroleum on 31 January, V.Ship in general will no longer have any role in the management of the ship, which will be managed by one other ship manager.
