Oceanic Catering certified with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System


Oceanic Catering, V.Group’s marine hospitality and catering service, has successfully received the ISO 14001:2015 certification. This demonstrates that V.Group is committed to enhancing its environmental performance and continuous improvement on all aspects of operation management, including managing its environmental responsibility regarding hospitality and catering.

Oceanic Catering is one of the world’s largest speciality marine catering services, working with over 1500 ships, providing 39 million meals per year and training over 5000 crew annually. With more than 20 years’ experience in providing world class catering services to the marine community around the world.

As part of V.Group, its core goal is to deliver the consistently high standards of quality expected by the client in all areas of its operation. As well as gaining this certification, Oceanic is consistently working to enhance its ability to provide consistent high standards in its catering services. Approaches include rigorous on-going training and development of shore based and seagoing colleagues to raise environmental awareness, improve product standards and understand legislation.
