EPSCO Group announced the establishment of its own Sales representation in the Africa Region

EPSCO Group is delighted to announce the establishment of its own Sales representation in the Africa Region.

EPSCO’s Board agreed that tapping into this Continent allowed us the opportunity of close
cooperation and 24/7/365 support to the maritime community within this region, said EPSCO Group Chairman, Andreas Ioannou. EPSCO Africa Region will unite in sales and
promotion activities promptly and in a timely manner and gather market information with the objective of potential expansion in this area. Mr. John Gentz has been appointed Business Development Manager out of Cape Town targeting new business where we previously did not have physical presence. Some may be familiar with John from his days at DavitNorway and Novamarine bringing with him a solid Maritime background.

We are confident that this calculated move will bear fruit through sheer hard work, dedication and the determination of all involved to encourage engagement and awareness of our offerings and focusing on bringing the region fully up to speed with EPSCO’s suite of products and services casing South, East and West Africa.

South Africa’s maritime community continues to flourish, and one must remember it is a country being a cargo-owning nation that generates approximately more than 80 percent of export cargo. The sector in terms of all stakeholders is facilitating growth, including
ownership, to support socio-economic development whilst contributing to international sea trade by occupying a geostrategic location on major sea-trading routes connecting to Asia markets and those of the Americas.

EPSCO Group some 25 years ago began with one small office in Limassol, Cyprus and has tactically grown and sustainably developed over the years now proud of having has its own offices in the following locations: Cyprus (Headquarters), Germany, Singapore and Africa
