Go.AI launches the Go1 MAX, its most powerful on-prem AI appliance, built to serve 8,000 concurrent users from one box

The Go1™ flagship product line adds a new device, one box for AI inference for large regulated enterprises, with fixed pricing and unlimited usage
Go.AI™, the leading provider of on-premises, examiner-ready AI infrastructure for regulated industries, announced The Go1 MAX, the most powerful appliance in The Go1™ product line. Built for organizations with thousands of AI users, The Go1 MAX serves up to 8,000 concurrent users from a single appliance, all at a fixed price with unlimited usage and tokens.
Every Go1 MAX sets up in 15 minutes, requires no dedicated server room, and runs on Go.OS, Go.AI’s purpose-built AI operating system, for managing models, indexing, and data.
“Regulated organizations want AI they can own and audit, and the largest teams need real capacity to run it,” said David Moscatelli, Co-Founder and CEO of Go.AI. “The Go1 MAX gives a bank or a hospital with thousands of users the ability to use cutting-edge AI and on-box fine-tuning in one appliance, without data leaving their environment.”
The Go1 MAX is also designed for researchers, data scientists, engineers, and large enterprises, including banks, hospitals, and insurance companies, that train, fine-tune, and serve AI at scale. Teams can train and serve on the same appliance without GPU queuing or cloud quotas, and the system is air-gap ready with no API exposure.
Each Go1 MAX ships with up to:
- Eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, each with 96GB of GDDR7 ECC memory, for 768GB of GPU memory
- More than 30TB of NVMe storage across four 7.68TB U.2 drives for model weights and logs
- Dual 25GbE networking, with optional 100GbE or 200GbE
- Redundant Titanium power and out-of-band management
- Response speeds as fast as 50ms
- A fixed pricing model that allows for unlimited usage
- Audit-ready AI, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified from day one
In one deployment, a major financial institution with thousands of employees put compliant AI directly into its core workflows while keeping its data strictly protected. The bank now saves hundreds of hours each month across administrative and back-office functions, giving its teams more time to deliver faster, higher-touch service to hundreds of thousands of customers without interrupting operations.
The announcement follows Go.AI’s name change in September and its $85 million Series A, extending a year of momentum that began with the launch of The Go1™ in March.
The Go1 MAX is available to order now. To find out more, visit the Go1 MAX product page.
