Regent Seven Seas Cruises^®, the world’s leading ultra-luxury cruise line, has unveiled a new collection of immersive tastings and culinary pairings debuting aboard Seven Seas Prestige^™. From Champagne and caviar rituals created exclusively for Regent’s newest ship class in over a decade to destination-led wine lunches and personalized luxury beverage experiences, the program invites guests to discover exceptional wines and spirits through thoughtful storytelling, expert-led service, and complementary cuisine.

At the heart of the collection are four elevated experiences exclusive to Seven Seas Prestige: The Grand Table Experience; The Prestige Collection: A Portrait of Cuvées; The Grey Goose Altius Martini & Caviar Ritual; and a personalized branded beverage set-up and experience reserved exclusively for guests of the Skyview Regent Suite. They will be joined by four new destination-led Connoisseur Wine Lunches rolling out across The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet,^®, as well as a selection of Regent’s guest-favorite tastings and pairings coming aboard the new ship.

Created especially for Regent’s newest ship, the following experiences pair rare and prestigious pours with elevated culinary accompaniments and distinctive service rituals:

• The Grand Table Experience: Part of Regent’s Connoisseur Wine Lunches thematic series and exclusive to Seven Seas Prestige, this elevated culinary and wine-pairing experience showcases some of the world’s most celebrated labels through a five-course journey featuring prestigious labels and exceptional cuisine. Guests will savor pairings including Krug Grande Cuvée with caviar, Louis Jadot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru with Maine lobster, Vega Sicilia Único with Wagyu A5 striploin, and Château d’Yquem with tarte Tatin.
• The Prestige Collection: A Portrait of Cuvées: An ultra-luxury Champagne-pairing experience that guides guests through a curated journey of prestige cuvées, exploring their unique structure, texture and character through thoughtfully paired culinary creations. Inspired by the concept of “liquid gold,” the experience features canapé pairings, including lobster with citrus and elderflower, spicy tuna temari, and beef tataki.
• Grey Goose Altius Martini & Caviar Ritual: A refined pre-dinner experience pairing Grey Goose Altius martini expressions with curated caviar, transforming aperitivo hour into an elegant moment of indulgence and anticipation.
• A Personalized Beverage Experience for Skyview Regent Suite Guests: Reserved exclusively for guests of the Skyview Regent Suite, this personalized branded setup features Dom Pérignon, The Macallan and LOUIS XIII, each presented through premium beverage rituals and attentive in-suite service. The experience is crowned by the LOUIS XIII Ceremonial Experience, an ambassador-led ritual centered on LOUIS XIII Le Jeroboam, the three-liter Baccarat crystal decanter, accompanied by guided storytelling that reveals the Cognac’s rarity, artistry and legacy.

A New World of Wine at Sea

Building upon the exclusive Grand Table Experience aboard Seven Seas Prestige, four additional Connoisseur Wine Lunches will be introduced across The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet, taking guests on five-course journeys through some of the world’s most celebrated wine regions:

• A World of Terroir, A Journey to Iconic Wine Lands: A global itinerary through Champagne, Tuscany, Oregon, Chile and Canada, culminating in Canadian Icewine.
• Expression of France: A French-focused luncheon featuring Ruinart, Burgundy and Chablis selections, Château Palmer and Château d’Yquem.
• Terroir e Tavola: A Culinary and Wine Journey Through Italy: : An exploration of Franciacorta, Tuscany and Piedmont, concluding with Vin Santo del Chianti Classico.
• The American Wine Odyssey: : A journey through acclaimed American wine regions, with selections from Anderson Valley, Napa Valley and the Russian River Valley.

In addition to these new experiences, Seven Seas Prestige will welcome a selection of Regent’s guest-favorite tastings and pairings, including The Craft of Caymus, The Champagne Experience, Hennessy Cognac Journey, The Macallan Color Journey, and Woodford Reserve Flavor Wheel Tasting.
