MASO Academy to host The Power of the Leader online workshop on 12 November

MASO Academy will host “The Power of the Leader”, a live online workshop delivered in Greek by Sotiris Papadopoulos, Founder of MASO Public Affairs, on Thursday, 12 November 2026, from 18:00 to 21:00 Cyprus and Greece time.
The three-hour workshop will explore leadership presence, communication and influence in everyday professional situations. It is designed for business owners, managers, team leaders and professionals preparing to take on greater responsibility.
Through practical examples and exercises, participants will work on communicating clearly, building trust and handling challenging conversations. The session will connect these topics to the responsibilities of coordinating people and working effectively with colleagues.
For professionals in shipping and the wider maritime sector, these themes are relevant to roles involving team coordination, collaboration and people management.
The workshop includes a digital workbook, and participants will develop a personal action plan to help them apply what they have learned in their working environment.
Delivered entirely online, the workshop is accessible to Greek-speaking professionals in Cyprus, Greece and abroad.
Thursday 12 November 2026 | 18:00–21:00 Cyprus and Greece time
