Perini Management Services awarded $315 Million Maritime Infrastructure Project to construct Fuel Pier to Support Major Cutter Operations at U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak

Tutor Perini Corporation, a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc. (“PMSI”), has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $315 million by the U.S. Coast Guard (“USCG”) using the accelerated design-build to budget project delivery method for the construction of a new fuel pier to support major cutter operations at USCG Base Kodiak in Alaska.
The overall goal of the offshore project is to expand the dock capacity to provide up to two major cutter berths. The project also includes unexploded ordnance removal, waterfront improvements, a new fueling utility building, utilities, cutter shore ties, and other site amenities.
Design work began in late September, with substantial completion anticipated in September 2030. The contract value will be included in the Company’s backlog reported for the third quarter of 2026.
