ISSPL Limited, (formerly known as “IRClass Systems and Solutions Limited” and “IRClass Systems and Solutions Private Limited”) (“ISSPL”), a provider of testing, third party inspection certification and related technical services, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) with BSE Limited for its proposed Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) on the SME platform.

The proposed public issue is expected to comprise of up to 25,00,000 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each, at an issue price to be determined in consultation with the Book Running Lead Manager, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and market conditions. The IPO will provide the Company with an opportunity to access the capital markets and support its next phase of growth.
