Bunker Holding strengthens commercial leadership to drive customer value and growth

September 18, 2026

Bunker Holding is reshaping its commercial leadership organisation to strengthen its commercial capabilities, bring fresh perspectives to the business and create even greater value for customers.

Bunker Holding is coming off a strong year, with solid financial performance and continued momentum across the business. This comes alongside the continued execution of its ‘Fueling the Future’ strategy, which has focused on modernising the organisation, strengthening collaboration across the Group and positioning the company for long-term growth.

With a strong and well-functioning organisation in place, Bunker Holding is now building on this momentum by further strengthening its commercial capabilities, empowering the frontline and continuing to build stronger brands. The changes are designed to help the Group stand even stronger with customers in the market and accelerate the positive development of the business.

As part of this, a number of leadership responsibilities across Bunker Holding’s commercial organisation will change. The changes reflect the depth of talent across the Group and are designed to support continued development, strengthen the exchange of experience and best practices across markets, and further build the capabilities needed to serve customers in a changing market.

Peder Møller, Group CEO of Bunker Holding, says:

“Our customers operate in an increasingly complex and fast-moving market, and their needs continue to evolve. We want to make sure our commercial organisation is set up to respond with the right expertise, market knowledge and solutions, wherever our customers operate. We have strong momentum in the business, and we want to build on that by further strengthening our commercial capabilities, empowering our frontline and making sure we are even better positioned to create value for our customers.”

The changes include the following appointments and new responsibilities:

  • Thomas Lee will become Brand Head of KPI OceanConnect. With extensive experience in key account management and the liner segment, Thomas is well positioned to head the brand through its next phase of growth and development.
  • Dorthe Bendtsen will take on the role of Group Sales Operations Director, reporting directly to Group Chief Commercial Officer Anders Grønborg. Dorthe has many years of experience in the business and a strong understanding of the commercial organisation. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the structure and processes around our sales teams.
  • Michael Cammarata will become Head of Glander International Bunkering. Michael brings deep industry knowledge and a strong connection to the Glander heritage, providing a strong foundation for the brand’s continued growth and development.
  • Carsten Ladekjær will join the Bunker Holding Academy, a new initiative and a significant investment in developing the best talent and leaders in the industry. Carsten will contribute his extensive experience to the development of the next generation of commercial talent across the Group.
  • Mikkel Søholm Vestergaard will become Group Digital Sales Director, focusing on the continued development of Bunker Holding’s digital sales environment and the platforms and capabilities that can create value for customers.
  • There will be no changes to the leadership of Dan-Bunkering, with Claus Bulch Klausen continuing as Head of the brand.
