In her current role she focuses on advancing crewing initiatives across Africa, strengthening the company’s presence in Ghana through its Crew Service Centre and Maritime Training Centre, and building sustainable global talent pipelines aligned with long-term ship management, technical, and crewing needs.

Through strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions worldwide, Eva works to align academic outcomes with industry requirements, ensuring a future-ready workforce equipped to meet the evolving demands of the maritime sector.
