Carnival Corporation named to World’s Best Companies 2026

World’s largest cruise company earns spot on TIME’s global ranking of companies exemplifying excellence in today’s corporate landscape
Carnival Corporation, the world’s largest cruise company, was named to TIME’s fourth annual list of the World’s Best Companies 2026, recognizing the company for leading with responsibility and resilience.
Presented by TIME and market research firm Statista, the World’s Best Companies were determined through an analysis of global companies that generated over $100 million in revenue in the last available fiscal year. Companies were evaluated on three surveyed and researched areas: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. Scoring incorporated data from an anonymous survey of roughly 200,000 employees from over 50 countries, as well as companies’ financial performance over the last three years and their work in sustainability matters, such as GHG emissions, board representation and corporate governance. Award-winning companies performed best in all three areas.
“Earning a place among the World’s Best Companies is a tremendous honor and proof of our commitment to being the best company we can be for our guests, shareholders, team members and all who have a stake in our success,” said Josh Weinstein, CEO of Carnival Corporation. “Recognitions like these aren’t possible without our world-class team and their dedication to driving long-term value for our company and delivering unforgettable happiness to our guests by providing extraordinary cruise vacations, while honoring the integrity of every ocean we sail, place we visit and life we touch.”
Being named one of the World’s Best Companies complements Carnival Corporation’s growing list of accolades recognizing the company’s leadership across business performance, sustainability and workplace excellence. Among other recent recognitions, the company was named to Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies 2026 list, reinforcing its standing as one of the world’s most respected corporations. The company was also honored by the ESG Shipping Awards with the Community Contribution Leader Award, recognizing Celebration Key’s enduring economic impact and meaningful contribution for Bahamians.
