Toomas Koost is the Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer of Crewpoint, a specialized marine travel agency that streamlines crew logistics for maritime companies worldwide. Under his leadership, Crewpoint simplifies the complexities of crew changes by providing purpose-built tools that cut costs, save time, and give operators total control over crew movement globally.
With over a decade of experience in the travel and maritime sectors, Toomas brings deep expertise in travel management, crew coordination, and business development to the marine industry. He spent over eight years in senior management at Nautilus Travel, one of the Baltic region’s biggest and strongest marine travel agencies.
Toomas also brings valuable product management experience from his tenure at Fairown, a fintech company, where he led the development of their core product from concept to enterprise-level implementation across five markets.
Based in Tallinn, Estonia, Toomas understands the cost pressures and urgency behind every crew movement. His mission at Crewpoint is to deliver what maritime operators, agents, and C-suites need most: reliability, visibility, and results in crew travel operations.
