Prior to founding Maritime Trainer, Ozgur built a comprehensive industry career spanning 12 years—serving at sea across various tanker types, shaping future talent as an academy lecturer, and directing crew training operations as Training Coordinator for two major shipping lines. He also established and managed a global crewing agency that continues to serve international maritime clients.
