Maximise uptime, lower TCO Hiab showcases ultra-durable ZEPRO-G at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026

Hiab, a leading provider of smart and sustainable load handling solutions, presents its market-leading ZEPRO tail lift solutions at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, the world’s leading platform for logistics, commercial vehicles and the transport sector, on 15–20 September in Hanover, Germany.
Together, Hiab and HAAS Tail Lift Systems GmbH will demonstrate how integrated vehicle, body and tail lift solutions help fleets perform reliably in real-world operating conditions. The team will show fleet operators, bodybuilders and other IAA visitors how ZEPRO solutions can help address growing pressures around uptime, electrification, operational efficiency and total cost of ownership.

Durability and extended lifecycle performance central to Hiab offering
Durability, lifecycle performance and operational uptime are central to Hiab’s offering at IAA. Hiab will present ZEPRO-G, featuring an upgraded galvanised finish developed for demanding European fleet environments.
Backed by rigorous 30,000-cycle durability testing, ZEPRO-G provides enhanced corrosion protection designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, supporting longer equipment life, lower lifecycle costs and higher vehicle uptime.
Purpose-built tail lifts designed for superior performance
Hiab will feature an array of purpose-built tail lifts tailored to specific industry application segments:
- ZEPRO Z75 (last-mile light lift): Designed for waste and recycling operations, the flagship tail lift combines strength, stability and durability for last mile and general logistics.
- ZEPRO Z2000 (waste & recycling heavy duty): Engineered for maximum power and performance, our flagship tail lift offers exceptional strength, stability, durability and all-weather efficiency for heavy duty operators.
- ZEPRO ZT 2500 (medium-duty slider): ZEPRO ZT models’ steel construction, advanced hydraulics, weather protection and intuitive controls support reliable operation and efficient maintenance.
- DEL GB1000 (gas bottle distribution lift): Purpose-built for businesses transporting gas cylinders, this 1,000 kg and 1,500 kg capacity column lift prioritises safety and operational compliance. DEL’s high‑strength, lightweight column lift boosts payload capacity, keeps your vehicles running longer and ensures safer, smoother operations for maximum uptime and ROI.
