Carnival Corporation among America’s best employers for women 2026

World’s largest cruise company earns Forbes recognition as a top employer for women, underscoring the strength of its culture built on well-being, inclusion and belonging
Carnival Corporation, the world’s largest cruise company, announced it was named to the 9th annual list of America’s Best Employers for Women for 2026 by Forbes, recognizing the company’s commitment to fostering an environment of well-being, inclusion and belonging where all employees can thrive.
Presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, America’s Best Employers for Women were determined through an independent survey of over 146,000 women working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in the U.S. Over 4 million employer evaluations were considered through the survey, which was conducted over a three-year period. Respondents were asked to rank their employers based on several criteria, including how likely they were to recommend their employers and in areas like company culture, atmosphere, representation and parental leave. Survey responses and data analysis were combined to calculate the top 700 scoring U.S. companies for the final list.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences and contributions of women across our company. With more than 160,000 team members from nearly 150 countries, we have an extraordinary opportunity and responsibility to create a culture where people have a voice, opportunities to grow and the support to build meaningful careers,” said Bettina Deynes, global chief human resources officer. “We are proud of the progress we have made and will continue raising the bar as we work to make Carnival the world’s number-one choice for hospitality, travel and leisure careers.”
This latest honor from Forbes builds on a series of accolades highlighting Carnival Corporation’s commitment to workplace excellence and business performance. Among its numerous awards, the company was recognized as one of TIME’s America’s Best Companies of 2026 and captured a spot on Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies 2026 list, further underscoring its standing as one of the top workplaces in the world.
