Feadship welcomes Robert Drontmann and Xavier Soubeyran

Robert joins Feadship after more than two decades in the superyacht industry. Following an early career in yacht brokerage, he held commercial positions at Moonen Shipyards before spending the past twelve and a half years at Heesen Yachts, where he worked closely with owners and their representatives on custom yacht projects. A former Olympic sailor, Robert combines a lifelong passion for the water with extensive commercial experience and an international network within the industry.
“Joining Feadship feels like a natural next step in my career,” says Robert. “I’ve always admired the company’s approach to custom yacht building and the relationships it builds with owners. I’m proud to have joined and represent Feadship.”
Xavier is already a familiar face within Feadship. After more than six years as Proposal Manager, he moves into a client-facing role, building on his experience of developing custom yacht concepts alongside owners, designers and project teams. Before joining Feadship, he gained valuable experience at Holland Jachtbouw and Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture, giving him a broad understanding of both yacht construction and naval architecture.
“I’m proud to continue my journey within the Feadship family,” says Xavier. “I’m excited to use my experience to guide clients through the custom yacht process and deliver an exceptional client experience.”
“Robert and Xavier bring complementary backgrounds and expertise to the sales team,” says Maarten Janssen, Sales Director. “Together, they further strengthen our ability to guide clients through every stage of creating a custom Feadship. I am delighted to welcome them both to my team.”
